A Philadelphia man who is accused of ejaculating on a woman’s leg at a Dollar Tree store was reportedly charged after turning himself in for questioning on Thursday.
The suspect identified as Gary Miles, 35, was charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment, CBS news reports.
It’s understood that Miles surrendered to law enforcement on Wednesday night, hours after a video showing a man running out of the Dollar Tree with a woman chasing him, alleging to have been a victim of assault.
The alleged incident went viral online attracting nationwide condemnation including from celebrities like Meek Mill who offered 2,000 for his location via Twitter.
The incident is said to have happened on June 23.
