It has been reported that Police Constable Noel Maitland who is accused of the disappearance of 24-year-old Donna-Lee Donaldson is to make another attempt at bail come September 20.

The date was scheduled this morning for his bail application to be renewed.

Justice Vinette Graham-Allen ordered the defence to furnish their submissions and supporting documents by September 1.

He has been in custody since July 27 2022 after he was implicated in the case.

Maitland lawyer had sought bail last October but it was denied.

Donna-Lee Donaldson who was popular on social media was reported missing last year on July 13 and the police had indicated that investigations concluded that she was killed on July 12 between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
