Jamaica’s men’s team finished fifth in the 4X100m relay final at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games a short while ago.

The quartet of Jevaughn Minzie, Julian Forte, Yohan Blake, and Oblique Seville, running from lane five, was outside the medals in 37.84 seconds.

Italy won in 37.50s ahead of Great Britain who were second in 37.51s with Canada third in 37.70s.

Jamaica have won gold in the event at the last two Olympics, but with Usain Bolt and other stalwarts missing from the line-up, the team failed to deliver a third.
