Dexta Daps hits the Billboard album charts for the first time

The Dancehall sex symbol’s album, titled Vent made its debut at number 10 on the streaming-driven Billboard Reggae Albums chart.
Dexta, given name Louis Grandison, released the 16-track set in July. 


The album features the chart-topping hit, Call Me if, a refix of Ganagalee by Louie Culture along with several collaborations including Beenie Man, Ikaya and Chronic Law. 
His smash hit Breaking News is also featured on the album. 


“Thanks to all my fans and supporters. Words can’t explain my gratitude. I truly appreciate you,” he wrote on his Instagram page after news of his debut broke. 
Dexta Daps has amassed an impressive 21.8 million streams on the international music service Spotify for 2020. His music was streamed in over 92 countries.
