CONCACAF Women’s Champions Cup draw set for June 6; match dates confirmed

The draw date for the recently launched CONCACAF Women’s Champions Cup has been set for June 6, with match dates also confirmed for the tournament.

The update, unveiled via a release on CONCACAF’s website, comes a month following the March announcement of the planned summer tournament, which will be the region’s first official women’s continental club championship.

“The official draw for the 2024/25 Concacaf W Champions Cup will take place on Thursday, June 6.” At this event, where Concacaf will also unveil the tournament’s brand identity,” the release said.

The confirmed match windows for the tournament’s inaugural season are as follows:

Official Draw: June 6, 2024
Preliminary Round: August 13-15, 2024
Group Stage Week 1: August 20-22, 2024
Group Stage Week 2: September 3-5, 2024
Group Stage Week 3: September 17-19, 2024
Group Stage Week 4: October 1-3, 2024
Group Stage Week 5: October 15-17, 2024
Final Round (semifinals, 3rd Place match, and Final): May 22-25, 2025

Clubs from Jamaica, USA, Mexico, Panama and Costa Rica will receive a pass into the group stage.
