British YouTube star Andres Felipe “Yung Filly” Valencia Barrientos” has reportedly been slapped with sexual assault charges following his arrest in Australia.

“Filly” was officially charged on Thursday, two days after his arrest in Brisbane and subsequent extradition for his court hearing, as per The Hollywood Reporter.

According to reports, the charges include four counts of “sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm”.

The 29-year-old also faces one count of “impeding a person’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure on or to their neck.”

It’s further reported that the incident orbits around the allegations that Barrientos brought a woman in her 20s to his hotel room after performing at a nightclub called Bar1 in Perth, Australia, on Saturday. September 28.

Filly is said to have been released on bail while he awaits trial.
