Following a major success with kicking off Best Weekend Ever during the Emancipendece weekend, the second staging of I Love Soca Jamaica’s Soca+ Festival is set for Saturday, September 30 to October 1 and this time it’s 12 hours of music, drinks, and breakfast included.
Soca+ Festival will start at 10 pm and end at 10 am the following morning. It aims to revolutionize the music festival industry in this hemisphere.
While it is a cooler event, the organisers are going above and beyond as they will have an all-you-can-drink ‘beverage’ which will be available from 10 pm Saturday to 6am Sunday. Those aiming to bring coolers will be able to do so until 2 am.
The Soca+ Festival will also feature four top-tier dancehall and soca artiste -which ilovesoca is set to make an announcement soon.
Also, several well-respected selectors will be featured along with local and regional gastronomy through booth set-ups – from visual artistes, fashion designers, culinary experts, and artisans.
Tickets go on sale August 18, with early bird starting at 8, 000 Male – 6000 female, and a special ladies 2-for-1 at 10,000
