Dancehall stars Skillibeng and Najeeriii, along with rapper Fivio Foreign, are set to be among the star-studded return of Popcaan’s Unruly Fest, which is set for Morant Bay, St Thomas, on December 22.

The artistes were among a handful of confirmed acts announced for the event on Monday.

Popcaan had announced the show’s grand return in July after a 3-year hiatus following the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

The St Thomas-hosted event, which was created in 2018 to bring top-caliber entertainment to the birth parish of the ‘Unruly Boss’, has seen several major names appear at the event, including Drake, Tory Lanez, Masicka, Bounty Killer, and Agent Sasco, to name a few.

The event, which will be in its third official staging, was slated to be the local leg of a planned bi-national return, with the first leg originally slated for London’s O2 Arena as part of his ‘Great Is He‘ European tour.

The UK staging was, however, announced as cancelled due to internal missteps in the planning stages by “a now former member” of his team, according to an official release on Monday.
