R&B Pop superstar Rihanna further cemented her music legacy, as she became the most diamond-certified female artiste in US history after registering four more Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) diamond certifications on Friday.
The RIAA shared the news of the feat via their social media on Friday.
“Rih Rih” brought her RIAA diamond plaques to seven after bagging certifications for her 2007 classic “Umbrella,” 2013s pop hit “Stay,” along with 2016s “Work” and “Needed Me.”
The latter forms part of her multiplatinum-selling “Anti” album.
The news comes a month after her 2012 mega-hit “Diamonds“ was updated to the illustrious status for 10 million units sold in the US.
Her other diamond certifications include “We Found Love” feat Calvin Harris and her Eminem collaboration- “Love the Way You Lie.”
