Reality TV star, Kim Kardashian, who is studying to become a lawyer, has passed her first law exam – the first of two exams required to qualify in the state of California. The reality TV star celebrated her success on Twitter after three failed attempts in two years.

In a Sky News report, Kim noted that she is proud of the woman she’s become and reflected on the journey to her success.

“I failed this exam three times in two years, but I got back up each time and studied harder and tried again until I did it!!!” she exclaimed.

Following in the footsteps of her late father, lawyer Robert Kardashian, who was best known for defending OJ Simpson in 1995, she noted that her father would be both proud and shocked.

“My dad would be so proud and he would actually be so shocked to know that this is my path now but he would’ve been my best study partner,” she said, “I am told he was notorious for making fun of people who didn’t pass on their first attempt like him, but he would’ve been my best cheerleader!” she added.

The reality star thanked her lawyer mentors, Jessica Jackson, and Erin Haney, for allowing her to watch their every move in a courtroom. She also thanked law professors Sam Farkas and Chuck Shonholtz who delivered four-hour daily sessions on video conferencing and weekly tests. “You changed my life,” she declared.

Kardashian stated that she was inspired by her involvement in the case of Alice Marie Johnson, a grandmother who was serving life in prison in Alabama for a non-violent drug conviction and has since been updating followers on her journey.
