Grammy Award-winning artiste Julian Marley, son of the late King of Reggae Bob Marley, says nothing in life is handed to him easily by virtue of his last name.

Last Thursday night, Julian celebrated winning the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album of the Year with his collaborator Alexx Antaeus, for their album, Colors of Royal. The event took place at Ribbiz Ultra Lounge and Restaurant in Kingston.

This was his third Grammy nomination but his first win.

With humility, he told SLEEK what it meant for him.

For 2024, he aims to release more music and hopes to perform in Jamaica soon.
