Following recent reports of the fluctuating health of Actor Jamie Fox, his daughter seemingly set the record straight about his status.

In an Instagram story on Friday, Foxx’s daughter Corinne shared that, contrary to media reports the actor has been “out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating.”

“Sad to see how the media runs wild,” Corinne wrote in the now-deleted post.

 “My dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support! We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!”

Jamie was first reported to have been hospitalized on April 11 after he experienced a “medical complication,” according to his daughter, without going into detail about the matter.

He was said to be on set filming a movie when the health scare occurred.

Last week, Jamie Foxx shared a brief message on Instagram to express his gratitude for the support he has received.
