Attorney-at-law Peter Champagnie has declared his client Jahshii innocent regarding allegations that he was involved in any activities leading to the death of a man.

The matter which is presently under police investigation started to make rounds on social media last week and had the ‘Born Fighter’ sing-jay questioned by investigators this week.

Jahshii had turned himself in as was requested and released without any charges laid against him.

According to the Jamaica Observer, King’s Counsel Peter Champagnie said: “Jahshii has declared, in no uncertain terms, that, contrary to social media reports suggesting that he had a hand to play in the demise of Omar Wright, he was not involved, in no shape or form, in that matter or any other matter.”

The police investigation continues.
