Dancehall senior stars JahVinci, Tifa, along with newer sensations Kaka High Flames and RajahWild, are among the standout musicians to make Billboard’s updated Reggae/ Dancehall Fresh Picks of the Month list.

JahVinci makes the list with his conscious, spiritually inspired “Cover Me. Described as a” powerful message that bridges the sanctified nature of gospel reggae,” as the world singer delivers another compelling musical sermon of positivity and gratitude.

Vinci, who is known for his versatility in delivering a blend of conscious and hardcore tracks, has been making waves with a song of the summer contender, “Scream“. The single, dedicated to the ladies, has been a playlist favourite online as well as in the dances, reaching upwards of 6.4 million streams on YouTube.

Tifa makes her entry on the Billboard list with her track “We Got It. The recognition marks the most impactful release by one of Dancehall’s “B.A.D.D.E.S.T” acts to emerge from the late ’00s and early ’10s as she continues her resurgence among the new era of music fans.

Speaking of the new era, one of the rising stars to emerge over the past two years, spurred on by commanding youth interest and a growing online presence, dancer/DJ Kaka High Flames makes his debut on Billboard’s Fresh Picks with his single “Jackie Chan.

The track, which is another highly uptempo, danceable release by the Highflamez, hits the mark again among the young audience with viral-worthy instructional lyrics and catchy melody, underscoring his knack for finding a formula for songs with a punch.

RajahWild makes his return among the Billboard ranks with his recent release “Show Me A Sign.

Originally premiered on the popular online freestyle show “On The Radar”, “Show Me A Sign” which is has been an instant hit among the dancehall fanbase as it shot among the top trending sounds within the local social media space.

The smooth melodic croon by Wild, cradled by the entrancing beats, makes it an easy listen irrespective of genre preference, with the track an ode to being enticed by that special female who has made an unforgettable mark on him. Melodic relatability and smooth lyricsism with ear-catching riddim, RajahWild, who had a massive break in 2023, puts an exclamation mark on his staying power and growing star quality.

Other notable acts featured by Billboard’s curator include fellow Dancehall sensation Armanii with his ladies bangers “XOXO, Reggae star Ziggy Marley with “All This Love“, Yaksta with herb-dedicated single-“Haffi Bun.
