Rapper Daniel Hernandez better known as 6ix9ine has seemingly a long legal battle ahead after he was arrested in the Dominican Republic for allegedly assaulting two music producers and will reportedly stay in the country until the case comes to an end.
The rapper was on Sunday, October, 15, arrested for the assault and was freed from jail on $500,000 bail, last month.
According to the news site, Hip-Hop Dex, Dominican Republic-based criminal lawyer Felix Portes says the rapper, tried to leave the country on a private jet, however, when he got on the plane, he triggered what is known as an “alerta migratoria,” or “immigration alert.” This is not good for his case.
He is still in the country and could remain there for months.
