Fast-rising dancehall artiste Najeeriii is on the ‘back burner’ for many following his recent performance at “Tuff Crowd” in Clarendon on Saturday where he pushed a young woman off stage.
The video of the incident has since gone viral which has sparked much conversation.
The young woman climbed onto the stage to share a hug with the deejay, however, as soon as her arms were around him, he pushed her off, resulting in her falling.
Najeeriii continued with his set, and the female went to the other side of the stage where other persons were standing.
A number of persons have shared their discontent on social media about the incident.
Since then, Najeeriii has issued an apology stating that he does not support violence against women.
Najeerii is known for the songs: “Hack We Hack” , “Rich Filly” and “Paddle Boat”.
