American rapper PnB Rock has reportedly succumbed to his injuries after being shot yesterday afternoon while dining with his girlfriend at an LA eatery.

The noted publications LA times, TMZ, as well as local media outlets, have confirmed the passing of the ‘Selfish’ rapper this afternoon.

It was earlier reported by PNB real name; Rakim Allen, was in hospital after sustaining a gunshot following a reported robbery at Roscoe’s House of Chicken ’N Waffles.

It is understood that local law enforcement responded to the incident at approximately 1:23 p.m. however it was later revealed that the artiste was said to have passed just before 2 pm according to Police.

Further reports are speculating that the incident was a targeted attack on the rapper.

 A TMZ source indicated it “appears the shooter targeted PnB, because no one else was shot or assaulted.”

Arguments are now being debated if the attacker tracked his location after his girlfriend who is said to have posted their whereabouts on Instagram in pictures while they were still at the restaurant. Investigations are still ongoing.

 Rakim Allen aka PNB rock was 30 years old.
