Megan Kerrigan Byron, wife of the CEO of emabbtled CEO of Astronomer, Andy Byron, has dropped her last name from her social media in the wake of the firestorm surrounding inadvertent exposure of an alleged affair between her husband and his HR chief, Kristin Cabol, during a recent Coldplay concert.

Mrs. Byron’s Facebook, which previously showed her full name, was later updated, minus her marital name, hours after the video began circulating online.

Byron and Cabol’s outing became an overnight viral topic of discussion after the two were shown on the Jumbotron screen looking cosy before running for cover, realising they were on screen as the band’s lead singer, Chris Martin, joked about them having an affair.

The internet quickly discovered the identities of the camera-shy couple and their Facebook profiles, which indicated that they were all indeed married, seemingly validating speculations of an actual affair being caught on 8k.
