Dancehall’s Worl Boss Vybz Kartel and top striker Masicka aim for more hits as they team up on Kartel’s upcoming release ‘Shootaz’ which is set for March 3 release.

The single, which is their first collab since 2017’s smash hit Infrared, was uploaded and set to a March 3 premiere on Kartel’s official YouTube channel on Thursday.

The collab had previously been teased on a Kartel page, however, the recent upload officially confirms the impending drop by the two heavyweights.

2017’s Infrared was one of Kartel’s first major collaborations released post-incarceration and immediately dubbed an instant classic within the Dancehall sphere, as it went on to top several charts and playlists following its drop.

Masicka who recently signed to the major US record label Def Jam Recordings is currently promoting his latest single ‘Pieces’ for which the video currently sits atop the most trending songs on YouTube, pulling over 1.1 million streams after nine days.
