Singer and actor Tyrese seemingly cannot catch a break in his private life as on Sunday (February 11), he revealed that his girlfriend Zelie Timothy dumped him because his new album contains songs about his ex-wife Samantha Lee.

The actor took to Instagram on Sunday to share a trailer for his upcoming album ‘Beautiful Pain’ and said “Me and Zelie just broke up over some dumb s***”

He made a video post that his Super Bowl place got canceled and captioned it that Zelie “Demanded that I cancel my ALBUM because there’s too many songs about my ex on there” Tyrese then questioned the meaning of such a request.

His girlfriend has yet to say or post anything about this matter.

Meanwhile, the album is available for pre-order for a limited time at Tyrese’s website: tyrese.tv .

Reportedly, the album will be released in May across all digital platforms.
