Brownsville, Tennessee the one-time home of the late Queen of Rock-N-Roll Tina Turner, is planning to honor her with a beautiful statue.

According to TMZ, this is a move by the city’s Mayor Bill Rawls Jr. who wants to prominently display the work of art, for which he’s already getting a lot of support.

The Mayor wants the statue to be placed in the Heritage Park of Brownsville near Carver High School, which Tina attended.
