Russian Officials have indicated that at least six civilians were injured after a drone-borne explosive device detonated at the headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet this morning.

Reports from the Black Sea Fleet’s press service indicated that the drone appeared to be homemade and the explosive device as “low-power”. However, there has been no immediate information about where the drone began its flight.

Meanwhile, The mayor of the major port city of Mykolaiv Vitaliy Kim, said shelling killed one of Ukraine’s richest men, Oleksiy Vadatursky, and his wife this morning. Vadatursky headed a grain production and export business.

In addition, Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko also noted that shelling killed one person in the Sumy region in Ukraine’s north, near the Russian border.

Adviser to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Mykhailo Podolyak stated on Twitter that 53 prisoners of war were killed in an explosion on Friday.

Podolyak however noted that the lack of damage to adjacent structures showed that the building was not attacked from the air or by artillery and contended the evidence was consistent with a hyperbaric bomb set off inside.
