Iconic Jamaican-born Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph is set to join Rihanna as one of the performers at this year’s highly anticipated Super Bowl half-time show.

The legendary actress was unveiled among a select handful of performers who are slated to give performances at this year’s show via press release on Tuesday.

Ralph who wowed viewers and audiences with a taste of her vocals during her Emmy Awards acceptance speech in September was announced as a performer alongside R&B legend Babyface along with Chris Stapleton.

The Emmy Award-winning Actress is set to perform- “Lift every voice and sing” while Babyface is slated to sing America is Beautiful.

Both performances are set to follow Stapleton’s rendition of the US national anthem.

Those expected emotional performances will be among the precursor to the main event of Rihanna’s headlining performance.

While pre-show acts have been revealed by NFL, RIRI’s track list and supporting acts are still being heavily guarded by show organizers.

The Bajan billionaire has more than enough hits in her own catalog, it wouldn’t be surprising to see guest appearances from a few of her collaborators on some of her major records such as Jay-Z, David Guetta, Calvin Harris, and Eminem to name a few.

The Super Bowl is set to kick off on February 12, 2023, in Arizona.
