The international mainstream appeal of Jamaican music star Shenseea continues to be reaffirmed as she is part of the soundtrack of the highly anticipated upcoming “Smurfs Movie”.

The official tracklist for the music project, which was officially unveiled on Monday, saw Shenseea appear on the song “It’s My Party”. The feature sees Shenyeng join a stellar lineup which includes Amapiano music sensation Tyla and the film’s co-star Rihanna, who released the movie” Friend of Mine”.

Shenseea’s feature in the “Smurfs Movie” project is the latest in a growing list of blockbuster movie soundtrack appearances, having previously been part of the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse movie and the critically acclaimed “Bob Marley: One Love” Biopic.

The latter earned a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album at the 2025 ceremony.

The feature adds to a blockbuster year for the “Hit & Run“ hitmaker, who also scored her first Billboard Hot 100 entry courtesy of her feature on Moliy’s “Shake It to the Max remix” with Skillibeng.
