Noted dancehall music producer Shab Don along with his co-accused Tajay Clarke were both remanded until September 26 following their appearance at the St. James Parish Court on Monday.
Shab don is facing three counts of murder.
According to the reports, the case was delayed following the indication by the prosecution that the matter’s case file is still incomplete, as such the matter was rescheduled for Friday return.
It’s understood that attorneys for the producer Donahue Martin and Tom Tavares-Finson indicated that they will defer their bail application at a later date. Both men were remanded until the new date.
Shab Don whose real name real name is Linval Thompson, was charged last month following an investigation into a fatal shooting incident in Rose Heights, St. James.
Two men and a woman were killed when gunmen drove into the community and opened gunfire on residents on May 25.
Two other individuals, including a 15-year-old, were also said to be injured during the incident.
