A lawsuit which was filed against California born rapper Snoop Dogg has been dropped as the complainant listed as Jane Doe, asked a judge to dismiss the case in its entirety.

The lawsuit, which was filed on February 9 in the Central District of California, revealed that the woman was a dancer, model, host, and actress who worked with Snoop Dogg.

Doe also alleged that the rapper had entered a bathroom that she was using, forcing her to perform oral sex and masturbated in front of her.

The complainant also noted that she found herself thinking about her job security if she displeased the defendant Snoop Dogg.

Court documents also outlined that the plaintiff felt pressured by defendant Snoop Dogg due to his dominance and his position of power over her, including his ability to hire and fire her and ensure that she would never be hired in this industry again.

The plaintiff further noted that she had also been sexually assaulted earlier that evening by one of Snoop Dogg’s employees who was also listed as a defendant.

Meanwhile, the rapper has maintained that the case is fatally flawed and should be tossed out.

Meanwhile, after talks broke down, Snoop Dogg claimed that the lawsuit was being filed ahead of his performance at the Super Bowl halftime show scheduled for February 14.

The rapper also took to Instagram to urge his fans to exercise caution in what he deems as the pending gold digger season.
