Sean Kingston overjoyed by BZR Weekend performance “Jamaica Ah mi yaad”

Jamaican-American singer Sean Kingston did not disappoint fans at BZR weekend’s ‘Chris Brown and Friends’ concert as he gave one of the best performances of the night and is ecstatic about being back on the rock.

It has been 4 years since Jamaicans have seen Sean Kingston live in concert and the BZR weekend team, Sharon Burke, Ryan Burke, Judith Bodley, and others made it possible on Sunday night at the National Stadium in Kingston.

SLEEK caught up with the artiste and asked how he felt about returning to Jamaica.

‘Kingston’ then shared how he felt performing for his Jamaican fans after being away for 4 years.

During his performance, he invited a few other artistes on stage including Tommy Lee Sparta and new dancehall sensation, Kraff. In the same breath, Sean indicated that he is inspired to go back into studio and drop some fresh recordings.

Another friend he carried to Jamaica and shared the stage with was rapper Safaree. They performed their 2017 collaboration ‘Paradise.’

The ‘Beautiful Girls’ singer felt the love as he did not have to do much, patrons sang along to every song.

For Sean Kingston, Jamaica will always have “my heart” and “Jamaica has the best culture” – he told SLEEK.

Sean Kingston is known for several hits, especially his collaboration with Chris Brown “Beat It” which was released in 2013 and also features Wiz Khalifa.

Chris and Sean collaborated just a month ago for the release of the song titled, “Follow Me” which according to international media, will be a part of Chris Brown’s upcoming album.
