Cristiano Ronaldo’s quest for a 1000th career goal has been reduced to 97 strikes after scoring his 903rd goal in Al-Nassr’s 2-0 win over Al Wehdah in the Suadi Pro league on Friday.

Ronaldo, who scored twice since becoming the first man to pass 900 goals earlier in September, showed he has no intentions of slowing down after netting Al Nassr’s second goal via a 56th-minute penalty.

The strike, which solidified the Al Nassr’s win, was also Cr7’s 70th goal since joining the Saudi Pro League in December 2022 as the 39-year-old continues his imperious record in front of goal.
