Rihanna sent a reminder to some of her critics that she’s a ‘Bad Gal’ after clapping back at persons who took issue with her reference to her baby boy as “fine” in an Instagram post of her British Vogue photo shoot.

“My son so fine! Idc idc idc! How crazy both of my babies were in these photos and mommy had no clue”, she said, adding “thank you so much @edward_enninful and @inezandvinoodh for celebrating us as a family”.

However, a few users were bemused about the singer’s use of the word ‘fine’ as a descriptor for her son whom she shares with partner ASAP Rocky.

“Who calls a baby fine??” one fan wrote, to which Rih put them in their place by responding: “His mother!!!”

Another user was quickly drawn up and shut down by the “Pour It Up” hitmaker noting, “You just keep your lil cougar paws away from him and we good,” in her response to a comment of suggested words for her child.

Last Sunday the Fenty Boss marked her return from a seven-year pause from live performances with a worldwide pregnancy reveal during her headline Super Bowl halftime show performance.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were recently featured on the cover of British Vogue, where they showed off their nine-month-old to the world in addition to Rih delivered a sprawling interview around motherhood and new music among other topics.

“Oh my God, it’s legendary,” she said of her first nine months as a mother. “It’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever.”

“You literally try to remember it – and there are photos of my life before – but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far because…because it doesn’t matter.”

Rihanna also revealed her intention of dropping her long-awaited ninth studio album later this year.

“I want it to be this year,” she said. “Like, honestly, it’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year. But I just want to have fun. I just want to make music and make videos.”
