Reggae Girlz prepare to head into camp ahead of Championships

The Reggae Girls are set to enter camp on Thursday in Colorado as they prepare for the final round of CONCACAF Women’s championships set for Mexico.

According to reports interim Head Coach Lorne Donaldson has called 26 players for the initial camp in the states.

23 players along with 3 alternatives are said to then travel to Mexico for a three-day camp staring June 28.

A majority of the squad will consist of the World Cup qualifying team from 2019 which will headed by Khadijah Shaw, Jody Brown among others.

The team will then enter the CONCCAF host facility on July 2, ahead of the kick off against host team Mexico on July 4.

The Reggae Girls are seeking to qualify as the one of the top four teams in the Championship’s which would guarantee a return to the World Cup and Gold Cup tournaments .
