Reggae Boy Kaheim Dixon has officially signed with English Football League One team Charlton Athletic from many-time Jamaica National Premier League Champions Arnett Gardens.
Charlton announced their latest acquisition of the Reggae Boy via their Social Media on Friday.
The move is said to be a four-year deal with the club and becomes manager Nathan Jones’ eighth signing of the summer.
The Jamaica Football Federation also toasted the news in a shared post with the player and both clubs.
He now joins fellow Reggae Boy-midfielder Karoy Anderson at the club, who joined him in the official player unveiling.
Dixon, whose transfer is pending final international clearance, will wear squad number 13.
“I’m very happy to be here. My first opportunity to go professional is to be at the Addicks. It’s been very good to see Karoy [Anderson], another teammate from my country. I can’t wait to start playing with him!” Dixon beamed commenting on the move.
