Prime Minister highlights women in the workforce for International Women’s Day

Prime Minister Andrew Holness, is celebrating women, through the work of the Heart NSTA Trust – empowering women through skills. This comes as the theme for International Women’s Day 2024 (March 8) is ‘Investing in women: Accelerate progress.’

The PM took to his social media, posting a trendy video, filled with information from women who have benefited from the Heart NSTA Trust.

It also shows the PM and Senator Dana Morris Dixon who is the Minister with Responsibility for Digital & Skills Transformation.

PM Holness noted that “The HEART/NSTA Trust is creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where women can thrive and make a positive impact on their families and their communities.”

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister also posted to his social media platforms, his personal message for International Women’s Day, saluting every Jamaican woman.
