Portland’s most wanted and notorious abductor Davian Bryan has been further remanded. As such, Bryan is slated to appear in Portland Circuit court to answer charges related to rape, forcible abduction and grievous sexual assault.

Over the past year, Bryan has been charged in connection with the abduction of two children in Bath, St Thomas. The famed abductor rose to prominence after he was listed as a person of interest in the disappearance of 13-year-old Winshae Barrett.

Barrett went missing from her home in Bath, St Thomas in October 2021.

News of her disappearance came hours after an intense search led to the rescue of nine-year-old Phylisa Prussia who was abducted from her home, also in Bath.

However, both children were found alive. Additionally, the 34-year-old was also charged in relation to an incident which occurred on March 10.

Reports outline that Bryan allegedly abducted a woman while she was walking along a roadway and pulled her into bushes where he assaulted and raped her.

It is also alleged that Bryan targeted a student at the College of Agriculture Science and Education in Passley Gardens, who was abducted and sexually assaulted shortly after 5 a.m. on March 10.

Furthermore, last week, the St Thomas police also charged Bryan with three counts of forcible abduction, five counts of rape, two counts of grievous sexual assault and unlawful wounding.

Bryan is also slated to appear in St Thomas parish court on Friday to answer to abduction charges.
