Socialite Lori Harvey and actor Damson Idris have officially ended their relationship. In a joint statement, they announced that after one year of dating, they are going their separate ways, and so, it’s on to the next for the two.

They debuted their relationship at Harvey’s 26th birthday bash, and the couple were then spotted at a Beyoncé concert in May 2023 and London’s Serpentine Summer Party a month later.

Idris even vacationed with Harvey’s family (headed by Steve Harvey) in July 2023.

Before dating Idris, Harvey was in a relationship with actor Michael B. Jordan from November 2020 to June 2022.

Following the split, several reports came that Harvey called it quits with Jordan because she “wasn’t ready to commit.” Could that be the same reason for this Idris split? No reason has been given.

However, in a joint statement to The Hollywood Reporter, the couple wrote – “We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication.”

They continued saying, “We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”

Both have since removed all images and videos of each other from their official social media accounts.
