A male Southwest airline passenger now stands accused for allegedly masturbating four times and exposing his penis to another female passenger for a two-and-a-half-hour flight from Phoenix to Seattle on Saturday.

The accused Antonio Sherrodd McGarity was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of lewd, indecent or obscene acts on an aircraft. The charge carries a sentence of up to 90 days in prison.

Reports indicated that shortly after the flight’s departure, McGarity exposed his penis by pulling down his pants and shorts and began masturbating.

Further reports also outlined that at some point during the flight, McGarity fell asleep, and the female witness got up and advised the flight crew about the incident.

Following the complaint, the woman was moved to another seat on the aircraft.

Upon his arrest, McGarity admitted that he knew the woman could see him but claims she put her hands in the air and told him it really doesn’t matter if he masturbates, which he thought was “kind of kinky”.

In addition, Southwest later revealed that McGarity has received a lifetime ban from flying with them following the incident.
