Wingers Leon Bailey, Demarai Gray and defender Damion Lowe are among a strong Reaggae Boyz contingent set to face British Virgin Islands and Guatemala in World Cup Qualifying action on June 7 and 10, respectively.

The trio, alongside Captain, goalie Andre Blake, were confirmed following the official squad list reveal for the crucial fixtures on Tuesday.

Jamaica will kick off their campaign against the BVI at the A O Shirley Recreation Ground BVI on June 7, before lining up three days later against the Guatemalans at The Dignity Health Sports Park, Los Angeles.

The fixtures could also be the first of many link-ups for the outfield players, with the possibility that Bailey could join Lowe and Gray in the cash-rich Saudi Pro League following reports of a big-money summer move to the Middle East as part of Aston Villa’s financial fairplay compliance strategy.

The fixtures will also be a solid test of chemistry for seasoned and newer faces, such as Kaheim Dixon and Kacey Palmer, under high-stakes situations.

Both Dixon and Palmer, who play in England, impressed during Jamaica’s stellar showing at the recently completed Unity Cup Friendly Tournament in the UK, where the team finished runners-up to Nigeria 5-4 on penalties in an epic final.
