Kim Kardashian is officially a single woman, following a ruling by a Judge during their hearing on Wednesday.

Kardashian 41, who filed for divorce from the rapper last year, made the request in December to become legally single, after eight years of marriage to the ‘Can’t tell me nothing’ rapper.

This will be her fourth failed marriage and comes months after initial opposition by Ye’s legal team.

Wednesday’s ruling which granted Kardashian’s request for a “bifurcated divorce”, means that their divorce proceedings will be split into two parts.

The first is settling her legal name and marital status, which is now resolved, with the following part involving division of custody and financial assets.

“I believe that the court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over,” the SKIMS boss wrote in a statement last month.

Ye, 44, who was not present for the hearing, had publicly fought the separation and appealed for reconciliation by his estranged Kardashian wife.
