Plans for the development of a new state-of-the-art National Stadium in Jamaica appear to be at an advanced stage of reality with the reveal of a design concept by Sports Minister Olivia “Babsy” Grange on Wednesday.

Minister Grange, who has long rallied the establishment of the development of sporting facilities, shared snippets of the modern concept design, which could be the new pride of a nation as the home of global sporting excellence.
