A woman from Florida who died last November has left her estate to her seven Persian cats, along with an inheritance for each one.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, she is 84-year-old Nancy Sauer of Tampa, Florida.
The report says, she left a stipulation in her last Will and Testament that her seven cats are to remain in her estate with each receiving an inheritance, which has not been discussed.
Sauer’s friend Yana Alban told the Tampa Bay Times that the Will and Testament indicate that the estate can only be sold when the last cat died, as she was worried the pets would struggle if they were separated.
The cats have continued to inhabit the 4,000-square-foot house, however, despite the stipulation, a Hillsborough County probate judge recently decided that the cats should be placed in new homes.

The house has a market value of $2.5 million.
