Production whiz Stephen ‘Di Genius’ McGregor is toasting to his platinum success with Latin music superstar Myke Towers after sharing platinum certification from the Recording Industry of America (RIAA) for sales of at least 1 million units in the US.

McGregor’s certification came via production work on Myke Towers’ ‘LA Vida Es Una‘ album.

Although the project received its RIAA status at the end of September, ‘Di Genius’ had a belated celebration with fans via his social media on Tuesday.

McGregor was given producer and writer’s credit for the track “Flow Jamaican.” Fellow production heavyweight Tarik ‘Rvssian’ Johnston was also credited for work on the album’s opening track titled ‘Voodoo.’

Last month, McGregor toasted his first RIAA certification in country music after Breland’s album officially went gold for sales of 500,000 copies in the US.

The accolades further solidify the international pedigree and global appeal the Jamaican continues to show across various genres of music.

The Grammy-winning music savant has been teasing major projects in the works as he shares his success with fans.
