International music star Shenseea is showing that she remains in ‘cruise control’ after her single ‘Beama’ featuring rapper Lola Brooke was selected among Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Fresh Picks of The Week.

The rap single has been generating a buzz since its release last Wednesday(November 1) as Shenseea showed her cross-genre versatility and lyrical acumen with the Brooklyn MC.

Fans have already touted the collab as a hit-bound single, and the numbers reflect that perspective thus far, with the video racking up 1.4 million streams on YouTube in four days.

‘Beama’ adds to a controlled yet steady supply of fresh material from Shenseea as she continues to fine-tune her upcoming sophomore album.

The “Blessed” singer is the only Jamaican act among the selected in the category this week.
