Excitement filled the air as Dj Banka came with more than 50 percent of his set being gospel.
He then asked a troubling question “Out of your mother or your penis, which one would you want dead?” – he did this just before going into a mix of saluting mothers – encouraging all to love their mother no matter what.
Banka then shared his story when he heard that his mother was developing breast cancer and then explained he had no money but sold his then car so she could do the surgery and now his 68-year-old mother is good.
He classified her as his ‘First Lady’ and headed to playing more mother songs.
Banka was not done as he pushed the card again talking stories of friendship and how important it is to have good people in your corner.
He immediately went into a heart-to-heart mix – kicking off with Romaine Virgo and Christopher Martin’s single, ‘friends’.
Chronixx’s “LIKES” was then used to jump into the hard-hitting mix filled with dance songs from Kemar Highcon, Elephant Man of the early 2000’s, Ding Dong, Beenie Man, and others.
