Leon Bailey netted his fourth goal in as many games for Aston Villa as they completed a dramatic come-from-behind 3-1 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Bailey scored Villa’s third goal in extra time to seal a thrilling victory in the London showdown.

The Reggae Boy star was left unmarked in the box as he received a through pass from teammate Moussa Diaby from the left corner before comfortably dispatching his shot into an open goal.

The goal follows back-to-back strikes in both legs of Villa’s Europa Conference League qualifiers, as well as his goal in their 4-0 win over Burnley in league action.

Bailey’s effort concludes an enthralling fightback by the London club, whose goals came in the final 10 minutes of play.

Villa’s turnaround was sparked by Jhon Duran’s 87th-minute equaliser, which fueled a late surge for victory by the Unai Emery-conditioned team.

Duran’s goal cancelled out Odsonne Edouard’s 47th-minute opener for Palace.

The Villans capitalised on the shift in momentum as Douglas Luiz converted a 98th-minute penalty to give them the advantage before Bailey’s strike (90+11′) put the game to bed.

The win sees Aston Villa leapfrog Palace for seventh on nine points.
