Baby Face’s Reggae Sumfest performance remains a hot topic among fans

The 2024 staging of Reggae Sumfest wrapped last Saturday, however, the performance by R&B icon Baby Face on Night 2 remains among the talking points for fans.

As official images continue to be released by the Sumfest team, fans who were present for his live performance continue to recount the exhilarating night with the singer.

Babyface’s performance was largely restricted from live recordings by media during his scheduled 75-minute performance, however, patrons (some of whom were seeing him for the first time) nonetheless soaked up the “experience of a lifetime.”

The multi-platinum-selling singer/songwriter, who provided the international compliment was the icing to several top-tier performances from stellar local stars including fellow headliner, Reggae icon Beres Hammond, the unforgettable debut of fast-rising sensation Nigy Boy, along with D’Yani and Sevana among others.

Despite a few absentees, International Reggae Superstar YG Marley made his Sumfest debut as a standout performer, this year’s staging received an overall thumbs-up from the show organizers and fans alike.
