Jamaican-British Social Media personality and entertainer America Foster and Internationally revered music collective Major Lazer are in Jamaica for work on an upcoming project.

Foster, who arrived on the island with the team this week, has kept her fans updated on her Jamaican trip and sneak peeks of her time vibing the Major Lazer members.

Foster, who has been relishing in the cultural emersion of the island vibe, including a bit of its nightlife, gave snippets of their working retreat/camp to record at Diplo’s Mansion in the breathtaking hills of Port Antonio.

While expectantly not sharing sensitive details of the project, Foster has, however, kept her following entertained with her quirky commentary and engaging interaction with the team during her island experience.’

The UK-based Foster has developed a strong online following for her comedic wit and refreshingly quirking personality during her takes on popular and culturally relatable topics.

Major Lazer, who is preparing to release the 15th Anniversary edition of their critically acclaimed “Guns Dont Kill People ….Lazers Do” album in November, recently dropped their Vybz Kartel-featured lead single “Nobody Move”.

That track, which offers a delightful nostalgic dub-pop fuse, is perfectly complemented by Kartel’s lyrical wit and tailored delivery and has received solid reception since its premiere.
