RnB star Akon is set to celebrate two decades of musical excellence with a tour dubbed “The Superfan” come November.
According to his team, attendees will enjoy a wealth of Akon’s hits from the past 20 years.
He rose to prominence in 2004 following the release of “Locked Up” (featuring Styles P), the first single from his debut album ‘Trouble’ (2004) which was followed by the second single “Lonely”, which was a global mega-hit.
The Superfan Tour will span 15 cities across North America, kicking off on Thursday, November 2, in Atlanta at the Tabernacle. Akon will then take his electrifying performance to other major cities, including Nashville, Boston, New York, Toronto, and more.
The tour will conclude with a spectacular show on Sunday, December 10, at the House of Blues in Dallas.
All shows are being produced by Live Nation.
