2026 is set to be a year of renewed strength and continued hope from the entertainment world, which will continue its global support of Jamaica’s recovery effort with a planned major relief concert titled “Jamaica Strong” set for the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida, on January 2.
The concert, which is expected to deliver major turnout have already confirmed names among its headlining acts such as icon Shaggy, newer school hitamers Teejay, I-Octane, Ky-Mani Marley, Etana. Reggae Legends like Marcia Griffiths, Inner Circle, Mykal Rose, and Wyane Wonder are among a host of stellar line up revelaed for the Janury show.

It’s the latest scheduled major US-based fundraising event to support Jamaica’s recovery from Hurricane Mellisa following the hugely supported Sean Paul and Shaggy headlined event in the UBS arena in New York last weekend.
The upcoming event complements several locally executed acivities includng the goverment supported telethon and concert series.
