The unwavering international appetite for music by Reggae/ Dancehall legend Buju Banton was reaffirmed following his billing as part of an all-star line-up confirmed to perform at The BET Experience event set for June 5-8 in Los Angeles.

Banton was unveiled among the grand first wave of reveals, which also included iconic R&B group Jagged Edge, Rap Legends Raekwon, Lil Kim, Method Man & RedMan, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, among several other major hip-hop, soul and R&B icons.

The “Gargamel”, who has been in high demand for performances in North America following his official visa/work permit reinstatement last year, has underlined his impact with sold-out shows on both sides of the border (US and Canada).

The BET experience is the latest update to Banton’s sustained international presence among coming hours following the announcement of a “Historic” collab with fellow Dancehall titans, the “world boss” Vybz Kartel, the “War Lord “Bounty Killer, and the Gully Gad Mavado. That track, which also includes a mystery artiste is set to be part of an ultra-stacked lineup for DJ Khaled’s upcoming Aalam of God album.
