A judge has granted actress Keke Palmer temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson and full custody of their 8-month-old son Leodis.

This follows a series of still images posted online that reportedly shows Jackson being physically abusive to the actress.

The fillings were done inside the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday and according to reports, Palmer wrote in the filed document that Jackson has reportedly been “unhinged, volatile, and dangerous to both me and our son.”

Jackson is ordered to stay 100 feet from Palmer and their son and he is not allowed visitation.

A December 5 court date has reportedly been set for a hearing to determine the permanent status of the orders.

Palmer has alleged that Jackson abused her “multiple times over the past 2+ years,” including, most recently, a weekend ago.

Palmer wrote that he “trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, then physically attacked me – lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch, and stealing my phone when I told him I was going to call the police.”

It’s reported that Palmer’s sister was upstairs and her mother was on the phone with her during the time of the alleged attack. She also claimed Jackson sought to take Leodis with him.

Additionally, Keke described multiple instances of physical and emotional abuse in writing and provided security camera video stills as evidence.

According to Radar Online, she said “The abuse in our relationship was not just physical, but emotional and manipulative. Darius would “love bomb” me and make me feel like I was the most important woman in the world, only to get extremely distant and cold over a perceived insult to him.”

Jackson has since been silent.

The two started dating in June 2021 until Palmer ended the relationship in October 2023.
