In a bid to fill the Head Coach vacancy for the Reggae Girls team, the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) says they have identified a few potential candidates.

According to the JFF, they have received several applications from experienced and qualified individuals and a short list will then be selected for final interviews.

Reports are that the interviewing process will begin this week.

Importantly, this also includes the reengagement of members of the coaching and technical staff.

All this comes after the JFF did noT renew then Head Coach Lorne Donaldson’s contract last week.

The JFF is racing against time to have the vacancy filled as the Reggae Girls are set to play in the upcoming Concacaf women’s Gold Cup qualifying matches in less than a month.

The girls will play in group “B” of League A alongside Panama and Guatemala.
